Anime Pick
This month I picked Trigun to kick this section of the web site off, I won't give spoilers here though, just a description of the series and a few of the people that are in the series. So without further delay here is the basic cast for the series.
Vash the Stampede
This is the hero of the series. He comes off as a goof but when push comes to shove he regains his cool and shows why he is wanted for $$60,000,000,000. I always felt a romantic tension with him and Meryl. The story picks up with him just traveling onward and avoiding bounty hunters. But things start to change as the series takes a more serious tone and deals with Vash's past, present, and even the future.
Milly and Meryl
aka the Insurance Girls
These girls at first seem to be just the comic relief for the series. But as the story progress onward they become a part of Vash the Stampede. There job is to find Vash the Stampede and stay with him. As part of the Bernadelli Insurance agency they investigate claims and with Vash being the damage causer he is they stick with him. During the series it seems Meryl falls for Vash as she defends him many times to different people that talk about Vash as a terror to mankind.
Nicholas D. WolfwoodThis suave gentleman is just what Vash needed in an ally as the series moved on. He's a good guy, that is also a preacher. He carries a huge cross that holds a group of handguns and can also be used for a rocket launcher. He's a smooth person, and during the series there is a mild hint that him and Milly are a couple. Yet I won't give away too much of his past cause he is one of the more entertaining people of the series.
Legato BluesummersThis man happens to be one of the main villains during the series. He's dark, cold, and evil. Him and Vash are connected in an odd way, yet you will have to watch the series to find out what that odd way is. He makes a good villain though and I always enjoyed his actions. Even though it was bad, I enjoyed how he handled things.
